I Love Lina Ch. 1

Author's Note: This is just a crazy little alternate
universe fic that popped into my head after I got my copy of Slayers Premium. I
was watching one of the bonus features which is an interview with Crispin
Freeman (the uber-amazing English voice of Zelgadis), where he was asked about
what he thought the hypothetical next phase of the Slayers show might be like,
since Slayers Premium was supposed to be the last hurrah for the original four
characters. Of course years later they made two new seasons, so the question is
kinda obsolete now. However, his answer was totally amazing and I agreed with

FINALLY! This took forever to finish. The idea popped into my head one night a couple of weeks ago, and since then I've been working this thing out. I did it with the intent of making it a t-shirt design, but now that I've done it, I'm not sure if it would still work as a shirt. I don't know though... I kinda really want this on a bag or shirt. We'll see.
It's the Slayers gang making a human (er... mostly) ladder to reach an apple. And why arent' they using magic? Cuz... it's a magical fruit tree that requires non-magical means to pick from it. Or maybe that's just an excuse.

Drawn in Corel Paint Essentials, then colored and shaded in photoshop.

This is so cute. Poor Gourry is always the team pack-mule/butt-monkey. LOL

This pose reminds me of the "Scooby Stack" pose Hanna Barbera did in the old Scooby Doo cartoons all the time.
